Architect and entrepreneur

He studied architecture in Budapest. He was active in the leadership of the Orthodox community in Josephine and in the curatorship of the Israelite High School, established in 2019. He participated in a delegation to a Zionist Congress in Basel and, according to his only nephew, Andrei Teodor Merbl, Israel, was in contact with Theodor Herzl, the founder of Zionism.

He had 6 children.
