Among other concepts, he develops together with Adrian Suciu, "Head of the Communal Technical Service of the Municipality", the idea of "street-garden", "a means of ensuring green space at the individual level and at the level of the urban community" (A. Brătuleanu, Interwar Timișoara. Urbanism and architecture, p. 36)
He worked at Timișoara City Hall as "Chief Engineer of the Municipal Studies Office". He collaborated with the "Institut d'Urbanisme de l'Université de Sorbonne - Paris". He wrote articles about urbanism in Timișoara and about improving the quality of life in cities in the magazine "Urbanismul" in Bucharest coordinated by Cincinat Sfințescu and in the French urbanism magazine "La vie urbaine". Within the Timișoara City Hall, he elaborated studies, economic analyzes and urban regulations. In 1933 he went on a study trip to Czechoslovakia. The author of a novel.
