Saved memory (II), volume edited by Smaranda Vultur and Adrian Onica. Western University Publishing House Timişoara, 2009

Saved memory (II) amply proves how much we also need testimonies, precisely because the past does not pass easily. And I remember it, with his dark and bitter days, but also with the moments of bright human solidarity, some survivors of the Holocaust and, in the mirror, some rights of the peoples, Romanian citizens who risked and did not want to abdicate from the quality of man in the war years. Whoever saves a life saves the whole world, is written in the Talmud. Under the sign of this ancient thought, dozens of pages are organized that record biographical episodes full of tragedy of the Jewish deportees and of those who chose to be with them.
